CONS
- Not the easiest tool to use – You can do almost analyze any type of data you want with Supermetrics, but you would have to know how to use it. This is not a turn-key type of tool, so there is quite a bit of a learning curve.
- The Cost can add up quickly if you have many data sources and have many users. They are not the cheapest tool around, so the value of Supermetrics will depend on how extensive you want your report to be and how many data sources you have.

This is probably not the best tool if you’re not data-driven or likes to analyze reports but is a great tool for those who love to get their hands dirty with data and reports. - Easy to Use – Crowdfire has a simple interface and fairly easy to use. It’s particularly useful when you have to run a lot of social media accounts throughout the day.
- Solid Reporting Tools – Crowdfire offers advanced analytics and reporting tools. There are also tools to help you track and monitor your competition
- Easy to queue and schedule content for publishing – Crowdfire allows you to either schedule your content to publish or they can recommend content for you to schedule and publish. This saves the social media manager a lot of time from having to find new interesting and engaging content.
CONS
- No SEO Recommendations – Some tools will offer SEO recommendations as the blogger or content manager writes, but Crowdfire does not offer this feature as of right now.
- The free version doesn’t allow much testing – The free version of Crowdfire only allows the user to link to three social media account and have very limited capability.
- Some software glitches – Nothing major, but sometimes users report that images don’t pull correctly from posts for instance.

- Not the Best Customer Support System – There’s only email support and no phone support. Sometimes it might take a few days for customer support or tech support to get back to you. If you have a problem that needs to be resolved immediately, this can be very agitating.
- Not the Best Email Marketing System – There is one, but it’s a bit clunky. So you most likely need another online marketing email tool to integrate with Click Funnels.
- Does not Have the Best Analytics Tools – Some basics reports that can be run in the reporting dashboard. But Click Funnels leaves a lot to be desired. For example, some people may want to know how long the visitors watched the videos, where they stopped, and where they clicked on the website ETC.

Is Click Funnel worth the cost? That will depend on what you use it for. If you are simply looking for a landing page builder, there are cheaper tools to use. But if you are looking to build an actual funnel and to take people through a flow such as landing page, lead magnet, thank you page, sales page, membership product ETC, then Click Funnel is going to worth the cost.
